Do I need an account to browse jobs?

No. Every open role is free to search and browse. You only sign in, with Google, when you want RoleFinder to match roles to your CV.

Where do the jobs come from?

Mostly straight from company career boards such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, plus public job feeds. Every listing links to the employer's own application page, so you always apply directly.

How fresh are the listings?

Company boards are swept around the clock. A listing drops off when the company takes it down, and roles posted more than 14 days ago are removed.

How does CV matching work?

Upload a PDF or Word CV. RoleFinder reads your roles, skills, seniority and location, turns them into filters, and scores new roles against your profile with a one-line reason for each match.

What happens to my CV?

RoleFinder uses it to build your profile and score roles for you. You can delete it, or your whole account, from Settings at any time.
