1st Shift Field Operations Cleaning Technician

Superior Cleaning is seeking a dependable, high-performing professional to join our team as a Field Operations Cleaning Technician.
This is a key, trusted position within our company. You will support multiple commercial properties , step in where needed, and help ensure our standards of excellence are consistently delivered across all locations.
This is not an entry-level cleaning role — we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed.

Shift: Hours are somewhat flexible
1st 9am- 530pm

Work Settings: Office buildings and manufacturing facilities

Duties Include:

- Emptying trash and recycling

- Dusting and wiping surfaces

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
Position Responsibilities:

- Perform commercial cleaning services (offices, banks, industrial facilities, etc.)

- Travel between assigned job sites

- Support site teams and fill in as needed

- Maintain high-quality standards at every location

- Work independently and efficiently

- Represent Superior Cleaning with professionalism

Requirements
Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older

- Must have reliable transportation

- Ability to lift 25 lbs overhead

- Able to be on your feet for extended periods

- Must pass a background check and drug test

- Valid driver’s license

- Strong attendance record and punctuality

- Ability to travel between multiple job sites
