About the role

The Engineering Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 24-month assignment as you prepare to become an Engineer II at the end of the program. During the program you will assist the site Engineering Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participants manage and lead their own projects to assist the team in achieving goals.
