Relationship Manager (FIG)

About the role
As a Management Associate in our Corporate Banking Relationship Management team serving large institutional clients, you will be part of a high-performing team that provides tailored financial solutions to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities
• Support Senior Bankers in origination and execution of deals across DBS Customers globally
• Support Senior Bankers in preparation of account planning and execution
• Prepare presentation materials for marketing pitches and project execution.
• Perform sector industry research and analyze trends to support a pitch or a transaction with an objective of becoming an Industry specialist
• Understand and analyse Annual Reports covering financial statements

Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline or willingness to learn Finance and Accounting.
• Knowledge on loan syndication, debt capital market, equity capital markets and/or merger & acquisition advisory will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills and writing skills
• Team player possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoy meeting customers and bringing ideas and solutions

• Undertake corporate finance analysis including constructing financial models and performing valuation analysis
• Support preparation and submission of Request For Proposal (RFP), pitches, meeting deal execution timelines
• Support in credit memos, credit reviews, and credit portfolio reviews
• Support business development efforts to grow franchise
