- Monitor finance processes and provide accurate and timely management information and reconciliations.
- Support relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring agreed service levels and quality standards are achieved.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.
- Provide financial and technical input into projects, system upgrades and process changes.
Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, developed through relevant professional experience and/or academic study.
- Previous experience with financial close, accounting, reporting or reconciliation activities.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to review financial information accurately and identify issues.
- Good English communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across an international organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A university degree or recognised qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline would be advantageous, although relevant practical accounting experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting audit processes, particularly annual audits, would be beneficial.
- SAP experience and previous experience within a multinational or international business environment would be an advantage.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership and continuously improve processes.
- Ideally, you will bring several years of relevant finance/accounting experience; however, candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong accounting fundamentals and development potential may also be considered.
