Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator based in the United States.

The Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator will manage a high-value portfolio of more than 300 customer accounts, including complex national and enterprise relationships. The role focuses on reducing overdue balances, accelerating cash collections, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. You will take ownership of a portfolio containing over $2 million in past-due balances and approximately $2 million in active receivables. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will investigate payment delays, resolve billing disputes, and remove obstacles to timely payment. This position requires strong analytical skills, commercial collections expertise, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload independently.
