In this role, you will guide students through course selection, eligibility requirements, admissions, and enrollment, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience. You will engage with prospective learners through inbound inquiries and outbound calls, building relationships and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments. Working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, you will combine consultative counseling with sales expertise to help students identify programs aligned with their ambitions. You will collaborate with admissions teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to the growth of an expanding online education business.
