Advisor, Immigration and Global Mobility (India Desk)

Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates is looking for an Advisor to join our Immigration & Global Mobility team, with a dedicated focus on our India Desk.

This is a client-facing and commercially focused opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and working within an international professional environment. The role will focus on advising Indian clients on residence, citizenship and relocation opportunities, while helping us strengthen our network of clients, intermediaries and professional contacts across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Advising clients on residence and citizenship opportunities

- Managing and developing relationships with clients and intermediaries

- Engaging with prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities

- Expanding our intermediary and referral network in India

- Supporting business development initiatives, conferences and networking events

- Collaborating with Marketing and other teams to support lead generation and client development

What we're looking for

- Professional-level fluency in spoken Hindi is essential

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- A proactive, independent and commercially minded approach

- Experience in sales, business development, client advisory or a professional services environment

- Experience within immigration, investment migration or private client services would be considered an asset.
