AI Automation Engineer

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that transform business operations and improve productivity. You will work closely with operational teams and subject matter experts to identify opportunities where AI agents and automated workflows can streamline processes and deliver measurable results. Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem, you will turn complex business requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions that go beyond traditional chatbots. You will integrate systems, orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms, and rapidly prototype new ideas based on direct user feedback. Working in a collaborative, business-focused environment, you will ensure that every solution meets enterprise security, data governance, and compliance standards.
