Hiring Range: 28.000€ - 35.000€

We are looking for an Air Freight Specialist to join our Air team in Italy. She/He will be the point of reference for customers and will ensure the end-to-end carrier management for airfreight operations, from the first contact to the delivery of the goods, in compliance with all company procedures.

Main tasks

- Manages the export and import air shipments;

- Manages capacity, balancing the carrier mix;

- Maintains relationships with the Air team, Maersk offices at destination, customers, carriers and suppliers;

- Manages the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing

- Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in English and Italian.

- Data processing and reports

We are looking for:

- Experience in managing import /export airfreight operations is a plus;

- Good communication skills;

- Detail orientation and hands-on approach;

- Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible;

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract as a start.
Job location: Rozzano, Milan.
