2. 落實日常作業並就議題提出分析與建議
3. 就ALM議題提出分析與建議，修訂辦法以優化管理制度
4. 協助海外建置ALM管理機制，落實風險控制並就議題提出分析與建議
【資格條件】
．工作經歷要求：不拘
．學歷要求：研究所
．科系要求：財務/金融/經濟/商科
．語文條件：英語聽說讀寫佳
．應備證照：不需要，CFA/FRM尤佳
．擅長工具：熟Office各項應用軟體
