What will you be doing here?

Responsable de crear, desarrollar y gestionar las campañas para nuestra fuerza de ventas.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

- Crear y desarrollar campañas de incentivos para la fuerza de ventas que movilicen los KPIs a nivel negocio.

- Capacidad para interpretar métricas de rendimiento de las campañas y/o incentivos, calcular el ROI y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para alcanzar los KPIs de la organización.

- Desarrollar e implementar modelos predictivos para proyectar el número de ganadoras de una campaña, garantizando el monitoreo y control de las métricas en tiempo real.

- Desarrollar y gestionar dashboards ejecutivos automatizados para el seguimiento en tiempo real del rendimiento de los incentivos

- Asegurar la implementación de las campañas comerciales en los sistemas para la fuerza de ventas, ejecutando pruebas de control de calidad para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y eficacia en campo.

- Diseñar y producir materiales multimedia de soporte para las campañas, incluyendo guiones para videos, presentaciones ejecutivas, infografías y otros activos visuales.

- Asegurar la entrega oportuna de los incentivos al cliente final mediante la coordinación directa con proveedores logísticos y el seguimiento a los casos reportados por atención al cliente.

- Gestionar y dar soporte oportuno a las incidencias reportadas por los clientes respecto a las campañas, asegurando una resolución ágil y efectiva.

- Realizar insights de las campañas ejecutadas trayendo desde su visión la mejora continua para el negocio y futuras campañas.
