Analista de Onboarding I

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Onboarding I based in Brazil.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Analyst to manage the technical implementation and activation of new gyms and fitness studios across the SMB and Latin American markets. In this role, you will oversee the setup of new clients, configure platform modules and integrations, and ensure that each implementation is completed accurately and efficiently. You will also coordinate data migrations, validate configurations, and ensure clients are ready to operate within established service-level agreements (SLAs). Your work will play an essential role in delivering a smooth onboarding experience and building a strong foundation for long-term customer success. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve implementation challenges.
