Process and respond to incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and internal teams.
Ensure accuracy and quality while processing transactions and maintain adherence to defined SOPs, SLAs, and process guidelines.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve queries, discrepancies, and exceptions, with appropriate follow-up and escalation when required.
Maintain proper documentation and trackers, support reporting requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
