Job Description: HR Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute HR shared services operations.
- Handle HR processes and operations efficiently.
- Utilize Workday HR for various HR functions.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with policies.
- Ensure Data Audit and compliance related governance.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate/Post-Graduate degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR shared services role.
- Proven experience and knowledge of HR processes and operations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HR.
