About the role

Tangram Interiors is looking for an Ancillary Specialist to partner with our Sales and Design teams to source, price, and specify furniture and complementary products that bring each client’s vision to life.

What You’ll Do

- Source furniture and specialty products from a broad network of manufacturers.

- Partner with Sales and Design to identify products that align with the client’s aesthetic, functional needs, and budget.

- Research product options, finishes, dimensions, pricing, warranties, and alternatives.

- Coordinate with manufacturer representatives to confirm availability, samples, pricing, and lead times.

- Develop product proposals, presentations, and specifications.

- Gather product imagery and information to support client presentations.

- Recommend value-engineering alternatives that maintain the overall design intent while meeting budget or timeline needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer and vendor partners.

- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Customer Service, and Project Management throughout the sales and ordering process.

What You Bring

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Impact

You’ll help turn a client’s vision into the right product solution by finding furniture that is beautiful, functional, appropriately priced, and available when the project needs it.
