At TJX Australia, we're passionate about creating opportunities for our Associates to grow, develop, and succeed. We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our Processing Centre operations and inspire high-performing teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

This position will initially support night shift operations, with future opportunities to gain exposure across afternoon & morning shift operations as business needs evolve. This role will be based onsite at TJX Australia Processing Centre Marsden Park.

What You'll Do

- Lead Operations Managers and large distribution teams to deliver daily operational performance

- Drive safety, productivity, quality, service, and cost outcomes across your department

- Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and capability building

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and ways of working

- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business and our Associates

What You'll Bring

- Extensive leadership experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations

- Proven ability to lead and develop large, high-performing teams through leaders

- Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated environments

- A resilient, collaborative leadership style with a passion for people development
