About the role

AVP – Quality Excellence will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Quality Excellence agenda across Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), Digital (DIG), and Travel businesses. The role will own the design and effectiveness of the quality management framework, strengthen quality assurance and control, lead a multi-level Quality team, and partner with operations and clients to improve customer outcomes, compliance, productivity, and business performance. Lead and govern data-led improvement projects, institutionalize Lean Six Sigma practices, and shape scalable quality solutions for existing and prospective clients.
