Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
Private Debt Mobilisation (“PDM”) brings together the various private-side distribution and structuring teams from the bank’s corporate and institutional businesses, including private-side structuring, managing underwriting risk, loan primary and secondary syndication, securitisation, structured sales, private placement, repackaging, credit insurance and trade distribution teams.
This role sits in the PDM Trade & Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) team and is responsible for PDM activity for TWCS transactions. - Preparing internal presentations and teasers for investors
- Managing investor meetings, both in person and virtually, and ensuring accurate records of these meetings are input into the systems and disseminated to the appropriate parties
- Contributing to the structuring of TWC syndicated facilities and the development of our distribution capabilities
- Liaising with internal counterparties in the TWCS business, Risk, Banking and Corporate Finance, Middle and Back Office and other functions
- Updating systems with details of closed transactions and maintaining the data quality
