Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the execution of medium-size electrical distribution and electrification projects. You will assist in ensuring that project activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and project targets. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver contracted project outcomes while developing your project management expertise.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business in Jakarta .

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Supporting the project manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities to achieve project objectives.

- Tracking project progress, resource utilization, schedules, budgets, and financial performance while ensuring timely reporting.

- Assisting in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Supporting project documentation, contract administration, change management, and project close-out activities in accordance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

- 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, project management, or project execution within electrical distribution, power systems, automation, or EPC environments.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, substations, protection systems, and electrical distribution solutions.

- Understanding of project execution principles, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

- Familiarity with ABB products, IEC standards, and industrial or infrastructure project environments in Indonesia is preferred.

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, Microsoft Office applications, or equivalent project management tools.
