About the Job:
The Associate Vertical Account Manager exists to acquire and grow revenue within established accounts using a total solution strategic approach.

You'll Be Responsible For:

- Evaluating existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within selected solution sets.

- Managing customer roadmap retention plans and actions to ensure protection of base revenue.

- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels, acting as a liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.

- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives and overseeing all forecasting activities.

- Demonstrating a clear understanding of select Commercial Insurance products and solutions to effectively present them to customers and articulate the value they can expect from using them.

- Following up on inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and developing new sales opportunities to support account growth.

- Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience working in commercial insurance is ideal.

- Prior sales or account management experience.

- Demonstrated experience successfully building client relationships.

- Excellent project management and analytical skills.

- This is a home-based role, preferably located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

- Travel required up to 10%.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $56,900 - $94,900. Total Target Cash Range: $87,500 - $146,000.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $54,200 - $90,400. Total Target Cash Range: $83,300 - $139,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $59,600 - $99,500. Total Target Cash Range for Chicago, IL is $91,700 - $152,900. Base Pay Range for MD is $56,900 - $94,900. Total Target Cash Range for MD is $87,500 - $146,000. Base Pay Range for NY is $59,600 - $99,500. Total Target Cash Range for NY is $91,700 - $152,900. Base Pay Range for New York City is $62,300 - $103,900. Total Target Cash for New York City is $95,900 - $159,800. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $51,400 - $85,900.
