Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a high-performing team of technology professionals to deliver robust core banking and wealth platform solutions.

- Oversee the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring platform stability, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive the modernization of consumer banking platforms through the adoption of cloud, microservices, and modern APIs.

- Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system architecture.
Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Proven experience in managing and delivering core banking or wealth management platform solutions within the financial services industry.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams.

- Strong technical expertise in modern banking architectures, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
