Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for SAG’s singulation processes, including bar stacking/unstacking, scribing, and cleaving, and establish and maintain stable operations.

- Set up newly installed machines and introduce them into production. Provide support to outsourcing partners for equipment setup and production improvements as needed.

- Implement measures to reduce cycle time, improve yield, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Promote automation to improve productivity.

- Develop and implement ideas to improve production efficiency across all SAG backend processes.
Expected Background:

- Bachelors and +1 years of work experience, or a related equivalent technical field.
Expected Skill:

- Has relevant knowledge of semiconductor optical device manufacturing.

- Experience in semiconductor device production technology, manufacturing or development departments would be a plus.

- Actively and smoothly communicate with related departments.

- Ability to communicate by email and create documents in English.
