EXPECTED HOURS: 18 HOURS/WEEK

Interested in working with children or exploring a career in behavioral health? You DON'T need previous ABA experience or RBT certification to apply!

At Tellos, we're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are excited to learn and grow as Behavior Technicians.

You'll work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them develop communication, social, and everyday living skills under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Whether your background is in childcare, education, psychology, or another field, this could be a great opportunity to build meaningful experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools and in the community.

- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

- Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies.

- Collect session data and complete accurate documentation.

- Participate in training, supervision, and professional development.

- Communicate consistently with your supervising BCBA.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- No previous ABA experience required.

- RBT certification not required to apply.

- Willingness and eligibility to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.

- Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.

- Interest in working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

- Consistent availability for the assigned schedule.

- Reliable transportation.

- Ability to complete background checks and onboarding.

CERTIFICATION & TRAINING

RBT certification is NOT required to apply.

Candidates must obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.

Our team will help explain the certification process, onboarding requirements, and next steps. Client services may begin ONLY when applicable training, supervision, and payer requirements have been satisfied.
