Bilingual P&C Sales Producer

Location: Rochester (hybrid)

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you’ll be the person they turn to when they need to protect what they’ve built, helping them understand their risks and find coverage that fits, in whichever language they’re most comfortable using.

What You’ll Do:

- Run consultative conversations with small business owners in Spanish and English and recommend coverage that fits their business

- Manage your own pipeline from first contact through bind, with disciplined follow-up and a CRM that's always current

- Identify cross-sell and coverage-gap opportunities and explain in plain language why they matter

- Build lasting relationships with clients, carrier partners, and referral sources in the Spanish-speaking business community

- Partner with internal teams and carriers to deliver accurate, timely quotes

- Hit monthly production goals

- Take on other projects and duties as assigned

What we need:

- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written. You can explain coverage to a client in either language

- 2+ years of Commercial P&C experience in sales, service, or underwriting

- An active Property & Casualty license, and the ability to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed

- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Genuine curiosity about how small businesses work

- The organizational discipline to own a pipeline without being chased

Unstoppable Qualities:

- A track record of meeting or beating quota, in insurance or any other industry

- Hands-on experience with specialty lines such as EPLI, E&O, D&O, Cyber, or Excess & Surplus placements

- Experience serving Spanish-speaking small business owners

- Tech forward: you adopt new tools quickly and bring ideas for working more efficiently

- A motivated self-starter who does better with autonomy than supervision

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:
$60,000 — $70,000 USD
