Bilingual Recruiter

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will support high-volume talent acquisition across Canada, helping a growing field sales and marketing services organization build strong, successful teams. You will manage multiple recruitment processes, primarily for sales positions, from candidate sourcing and initial screening through coordination and follow-up. Using your English and French communication skills, you will engage with diverse candidates and assess their suitability for different opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified talent efficiently. This role combines relationship-building, organization, and results-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.
