By supporting our clinicians with the tools, resources, and time they need, we ensure the focus remains on creating lasting impacts for every child and family we serve.
Why BCBAs Choose MedCare Pediatric
At MedCare Pediatric, we believe exceptional clinical outcomes begin with supporting our clinicians. That's why we offer a low caseload of just six (6) clients , allowing you to focus on quality care—not productivity quotas. You'll have the time to build meaningful relationships with families, provide individualized treatment, mentor your team, and enjoy the work-life balance you deserve.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Nursing professionals in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
