Broiler Specialist

Job Purpose/Summary:

The expectation of this position is to provide value to customers and the industry by delivering technical support to achieve business objectives as established with Director of Technical Service Asia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build technical services plan, set broiler performance goals, and provide technical services to customers to achieve the broiler goals Develop a broiler economic model for value of sales so as to incorporate the model in the technical services to customers Provide market intelligence and product performance that identifies gaps and contributes to development of long-term strategic plans. Champion a culture of biosecurity Increase and develop qualifications and become more effective team member Collect broiler performance for both Cobb breed and the competitor breed. Develop and maintain customer communication and good customer relationships. Update new broiler knowledge, provide regular trainings to technical and sales team and broiler customers Coordinate with sales team for customer services Other task that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree on Poultry Science or Veterinary Medicine

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience on broiler management with good knowledge on house design and ventilation

Skills/Knowledge:
High tolerance for stress and a strong sense for urgency Strategic thinker, well organized and analytical A team worker, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic and works well under pressure. Able to write concise and accurate reports and proposals. With personal discipline, initiative, integrity, an eye for details. Mature and commands respect. With leadership Above average communication skills in English. Requires standard skills in spreadsheets and word processing, preferable knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
