About the role

Founded in Switzerland in 1968, Zühlke is owned by its partners and located across Europe and Asia. We are a global transformation partner, with engineering and innovation in our DNA. We're trusted to help clients envision and build their businesses for the future – to run smarter today while adapting for tomorrow’s markets, customers, and communities. Our multidisciplinary teams specialise in tech strategy and business innovation, digital solutions and applications, and device and systems engineering. We excel in complex, regulated spaces including health and finance, connecting strategy, tech implementation, and operational services to help clients become more effective, resilient businesses.

If you share our values and want to do the best work, for the right reasons, we can offer you the chance to do it on a global scale and play a real role in shaping our exciting journey.

Shape the digital future of our customers and grow with every project!

How you’ll make an impact

- Together with our customers and an experienced Zühlke team, you'll work on innovative and complex projects – from the very first idea to a successful launch.

- You'll connect business and technology by bringing people and perspectives together, understanding what customers and users really need, and turning business goals into clear requirements, priorities and actionable backlogs.

- You'll dive into business processes and user journeys, develop concepts and solution designs, and collaborate closely with developers, UX designers and architects to bring your artefacts to life.

- You'll work in agile teams as well as in more traditional project set-ups, and take on growing responsibility over time – for example as Proxy Product Owner or Delivery Lead.

- You'll get to know different industries, technologies and clients, helping you learn fast and discover where your strengths and passions lie.

- Depending on the project, you will spend a significant part of your time working on-site with your project team at Zühlke or at the client’s premises, ensuring close collaboration and making an impact where it matters most.

What’s important to us

- You hold a university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or have acquired equivalent knowledge and practical experience

- You have around 3–5 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, product owner or in a similar role at the interface between business and IT

- You are familiar with common methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Story Mapping, User Journeys, BPMN, UML, Figma) and curious to explore new ones, including AI-supported ways of working

- You communicate clearly, enjoy working with people and feel at home in interdisciplinary teams

- You think analytically and in a structured way, keep the big picture in mind and like finding pragmatic solutions to complex problems

- You have a growth mindset and take initiative: you want to take on more responsibility, try new things and keep developing – personally and professionally

- You are fluent in German (understanding Swiss German is a must) and have very good English skills

What we offer

- Work life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home

- Profit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company's success in the previous year

- Global and diverse Zühlke community: join colleagues from all our offices across the globe who create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture – learning from one another at annual team camps and celebrating together at year-end parties and other local festivities

- Committed to your development: we invest in your growth through training, regular feedback and learning from experienced colleagues on real projects – so you can shape your own career path, whether towards product ownership, consulting or leading larger initiatives
