You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging independent store owners and retail decision-makers to introduce innovative communication technology designed to transform in-store operations. Working primarily with leads generated through major retail partnerships, inbound inquiries, and industry events, you will qualify prospects and create valuable opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will take ownership of timely outreach and consistent follow-up, ensuring every lead receives a responsive and professional experience. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams across the US and UK, you will help strengthen the company's presence in a competitive retail technology market.
