Job Description:
A Hard Rock Cafe Busser is responsible for supporting restaurant operations through table maintenance, cleanliness, stocking, and teamwork. The position requires strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, physical stamina, and a positive attitude to help create an exceptional guest experience.

Dining Room Maintenance

- Clear dirty tables promptly.

- Reset and prepare tables for incoming guests.

- Pre-bus tables during guest dining experiences.

- Sweep floors and maintain overall cleanliness.
Cleaning & Organization

- Empty trash cans.

- Maintain a clean and organized back dock area.

- Stock ice and other products as needed.
Team Support

- Work with a sense of urgency.

- Assist and communicate effectively with Hosts, Servers, and fellow Bussers.
Additional Duties (Location Dependent)
In some cafes, Bussers may also:

- Clear ketchup bottles and condiments from tables.

- Refill guest beverages.

- Set up bar premixes.

Requirements
Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Successful candidates should demonstrate:

- Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced environment.

- Positive and friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Physical Demands
Must be able to:

- Stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.

- Sit for extended periods when required.

- Perform repetitive arm, hand, and wrist movements.

- Communicate verbally and hear clearly.

- Demonstrate manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.

- Work with hands above shoulder level.

- Occasionally lift, push, pull, carry, or move items up to 10 pounds.

- Twist and turn body parts as needed.

- Work in environments with heat, cold, chemicals, and loud noise.

- Travel by automobile or airplane for extended periods when required.

Additional Requirements

- Must meet the minimum legal age for employment.

- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance ("having a plan").

- Follow all uniform guidelines.

- Practice all safety and sanitation standards.

- Recycle products whenever possible.
