About the role
Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly and busy team at Hillcrest and Tamahere Medical centres on a casual basis.
This is a varied role where you'll be a trusted member of the team — providing a warm, professional experience for our patients while keeping the day-to-day administration running smoothly.
To be successful, you'll bring a confident, level-headed approach and sound judgement. You'll be comfortable making decisions within your remit, using your initiative to anticipate what needs to be done, and acting on it without waiting to be asked. Alongside this, you'll have solid administration experience, be reliable and demonstrate a passion for supporting the needs of patients in our community.
Our practices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.00pm and as a casual we need you to be available at short notice to cover sickness and holidays.
