Key Responsibilities:
• Identify prospective borrowers and promote VISIONFUND GHANA products to them;
• Assess borrowers’ business operations through visits to clients, analysis of management /financial accounts submitted by clients and other relevant information;
• Liaise with the Client Service Manager to provide pre-credit and business training to clients;
• Ensure that pre and post draw-down conditions are met by clients before and after loan disbursement;
• Facilitate timely disbursement of loans to clients; • Monitor borrowers’ business operations to ensure timely loan repayment;
• Ensure that the operational control system for credits are adhered to and implemented;
• Report in writing within 48 hours on return from the field, any anomaly or major challenge observed and any pertinent information on clients and their businesses;
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Regularly provide timely information on competitors, products and services necessary for product development and innovation;
• Assist in the review of credit policies and operational guidelines of the organisation;
• Facilitate the marketing of clients’ produce/products;

• Be actively involved in all spiritual activities of the Institution;
• Perform any other duties that will be assigned to you by your Supervisor or his/her designee.
