As a Climate Specialist based in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:

- Being a crucial member in the Climate Specialist team, managing all climate customers.

- Taking incoming queries from customers regarding the climate side of our business and being a technical source of knowledge for them.

- Putting together and chasing quotes, processing orders and trying to increase business.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

- Technical knowledge or experience in Air conditioning and refrigeration.

- Strong IT and systems skills.

- Sales or customer service experience

- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.

- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
