Commercial & Corporate Paralegal

As a Commercial & Corporate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's commercial, corporate, and legal operations across North America. You will manage a broad range of business agreements, support contract negotiations, and help ensure legal documentation and processes remain accurate, organized, and compliant. Working closely with internal departments and external legal counsel, you will provide practical legal support across commercial transactions, corporate matters, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations, contributing to efficient business operations and informed decision-making.
