Constraint & Delivery Manager
Role Purpose
The Constraint & Delivery Manager owns plant-level supply constraint identification, supplier delivery performance, capacity risk management and shortage resolution.
The role acts as the first-line resolver of supply disruptions, proactively identifying and resolving risks before they affect the production schedule. The position works closely with Supplier, Production Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and suppliers to ensure continuity of material supply.
Core expectation:
• Be the first-line resolver of supply disruptions.
• Act before the production scheduler identifies a material problem.
• Ensure no line stops, no surprises and clear ownership of recovery actions.
• Maintain strong visibility of supplier capacity, material availability and delivery risks.
