Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Contractor
Client: Investment Bank
Duration: 12-month contract
Location: New York, NY - Hybrid, 4 days on-site

Position Summary: Support the HR Cruise initiative by providing Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise, with a focus on Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Administration, and query creation.

Key Responsibilities: Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise. Support activities related to Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration. Create and maintain queries as required. Document business requirements for technical teams. Validate data migration activities. Create and execute test plans.

Required Qualifications:

- Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration.

- Experience creating queries.

- Experience documenting business requirements for technical teams.

- Experience with data migration validation.  Experience creating and executing test plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects or implementations.

-  Experience working with HR systems and processes.
