Creative Director, Art Direction  

Are you a creatively driven Creative Director or Associate Creative Director ready to take the leap into a great new role? At VML Toronto, we're looking for a CD Art Director to partner with an incredibly talented CD Writer to make career-defining work. This is your chance to bring your biggest ideas to life across a diverse range of clients, working closely with our ECD and CCO to shape the future of our creative output.

What you'll do:

- Partner with a talented CD Writer to conceptualize and execute big, integrated, award-winning ideas

- Demonstrate world-class craft, bringing exceptional art direction and design skills to life using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

- Collaborate directly with our Toronto-based ECD and CCO to elevate the creative standard across the agency

- Work across a wide variety of client categories — no single industry focus means endless opportunities to stretch your creative muscles

- Champion our core values of Heart, Brains, and Courage in every brainstorm, presentation, and team interaction

What you'll bring:

- An integrated portfolio packed with big-idea thinking, beautiful craft, and culturally impactful campaigns

- Unmatched creative ambition and a hunger to work at the CD level while remaining committed to crafting and executing your own ideas

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

$110,000 — $160,000 CAD
