Creative Marketing Manager

As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and optimization of advertising creatives for a digital platform focused on cognitive development and brain training. You will combine creative thinking, audience insights, and performance data to develop campaigns that capture attention and generate measurable results. Working closely with designers, analysts, and company founders, you will identify market opportunities and translate them into compelling creative concepts. You will analyze competitors, explore emerging advertising trends, and develop hypotheses to continuously improve campaign performance. Through structured experimentation and A/B testing, you will help optimize acquisition and engagement across multiple paid channels.
