About the role

As a Drilling Solution Engineer with an increased focus on complex drilling projects and technical leadership. You will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, mentoring Level 1 engineers, and contributing to the development of innovative drilling solutions.

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their drilling objectives and develop appropriate drilling solutions.
2. Conduct engineering analysis to optimize drilling parameters, such as weight on bit, drilling fluid properties, and drill string configurations.
3. Monitor drilling operations in real-time and provide technical support to drilling teams on the rig.
4. Perform post-well analysis to evaluate drilling performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drilling reports, procedures, and best practices.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to drilling operations.
