Delivery and Installation Lead Driver - VIC

The Role

Location: Truganina, Melbourne

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm

As a Delivery & Installation Lead, you'll be the primary driver and installer, responsible for safely delivering, installing and commissioning appliances while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Working alongside a Delivery & Installation Assistant, you'll take ownership of the delivery run, vehicle, and installation quality, helping ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What you'll do

- Drive and operate company delivery vehicles.

- Deliver, install and commission Fisher & Paykel appliances in customers' homes.

- Lead on-site delivery and installation activities.

- Provide outstanding customer service and product guidance.

- Ensure safe manual handling and installation practices.

- Complete delivery documentation and system updates.

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine safety checks.

- Support and guide the Delivery & Installation Assistant during daily operations.

- Follow all Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.

What you'll bring

- Previous experience in appliance delivery, logistics, transport, installation or a similar field.

- MR/HR license

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of delivery runs.

- Good physical fitness and a hands-on approach.

- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professionalism.

- Electrical, plumbing, appliance installation or trade-related experience is advantageous.
