Are you an experienced Dialysis RN who thrives on clinical autonomy, variety, and leadership across dynamic care settings? DaVita SNF Dialysis is seeking an exceptional Float Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing network of on-site dialysis dens across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio!

Home Broadview Den: 5520 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134

As an Area Float RN, you will serve as a vital clinical anchor—leading comprehensive renal replacement therapies, supporting brand-new den conversion launches, and partnering with dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) across Westlake, Cleveland, Parma, Middleburg Heights, and Ashtabula.

What You’ll Do:

- Float across assigned skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis dens in Greater Cleveland, leading clinical operations in intimate 4–6 chair dialysis suites.

- Perform comprehensive pre- and post-dialysis assessments, evaluate fluid removal orders, monitor hemodynamic stability, and manage vascular access (AV fistulas, grafts, and central venous catheters).

- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art Fresenius 2008T machines and reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment systems / Water Rooms

- Direct and mentor your PCT teammate, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and sterile standards.

- Collaborate closely with facility interdisciplinary teams, attending physicians, nephrologists, and Regional Operations Manager

- Base Pay + $2.00/hr Float Shift Differential when working outside your home den.

- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.76 per mile reimbursed (total miles traveled minus your regular home-den commute).

- Predictable daytime operating hours with consistent schedules and NO SUNDAY treatments.

- 3 Days a week, 12hrs a shift, NO on Call

- Meaningful clinical variety: Experience high-acuity vent/trach dens, traditional rehabilitation dens, and new conversion openings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Current, active, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Minimum 1+ years of direct Hemodialysis nursing experience required (Chronic In-Center, Acute Hospital, or SNF Den).

- Demonstrated proficiency in cannulation, CVC access, dialysis machine operation, and RO water safety checks.

- Current BLS / CPR certification.

- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel locally across Northeast Ohio dens.
