E-Mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager

Take ownership of email marketing and CRM campaigns for established direct-to-consumer brands in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will combine strategic account management, creative copywriting, and hands-on campaign execution to help e-commerce businesses grow sustainably. You will build high-performing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups using Klaviyo, while coordinating closely with designers and managing multiple projects. You will also explore additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings, to create engaging customer experiences. Modern AI tools will help streamline repetitive tasks so you can focus on quality and performance.
