Email Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email Marketing Manager based in Spain.

Join an early-stage digital product business and take ownership of building its email marketing function from the ground up. You will shape the lifecycle marketing strategy for a B2C subscription product, turning customer insights and behavioral data into measurable revenue growth. Your mission will cover the entire email funnel, from onboarding and abandoned checkout flows to retention, upselling, and win-back campaigns. You will have the autonomy to develop strategies, launch experiments, and optimize performance in close collaboration with Product, UX, and Analytics teams. This is an opportunity to influence key business decisions while establishing scalable marketing processes.
