Your Impact as an Employer Brand Intern
As an Employer Brand Intern at NCR Voyix, you will help strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice by supporting initiatives that attract, engage, and inspire top talent. Through employer branding, campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and talent attraction campaigns, you'll help showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities while contributing to a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do
Starting in Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix leaders, and gain exposure to career opportunities across Human Resources. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.

Requirements

- Demonstrated interest in Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Campus Recruiting, Communications, Human Resources, or related business functions

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field

- Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences

- Ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and work across teams and stakeholder groups

- Demonstrated learning agility, including the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, apply feedback, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and interest in creating engaging candidate experiences that strengthen the employer brand

Location
Internships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.

Duration
The NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late- May to early August.
Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
