About the Role :

You’ll lead a talented team of engineers working across multiple technology stacks, driving innovative solutions that shape the future of digital identity and customer trust.

 

What You’ll Do :

- Lead a talented team of engineers, mentor and grow them.

- Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of complex SaaS features — across backend, web, and mobile.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data Science to deliver impact.

- Oversee production systems in high-scale, mission-critical environments.

- Champion best practices and foster a “can-do” engineering culture.

 

What You’ll Need : 

- 5+ years as a software engineer, 3+ years leading teams.

- Hands-on experience with modern web stacks ( React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala ).

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP / Azure ).

- Proven record of leading projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.

- A passion for building systems that scale, perform, and make a difference.

- (Bonus) Background in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
