Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

- Execute consultative telesales to SME clients by understanding their business challenges, ensuring high lead conversion and tangible revenue growth.

- Pitch enterprise solutions by matching customer needs with Maxis products, keeping it simple and driving core connectivity adoption.

- Manage assigned leads effectively by updating SFDC CRM with accurate data, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and measurable progress.

- Build strong remote relationships with clients by conducting regular check-ins via calls and digital tools, focusing on real customer needs.

- Monitor personal sales performance against targets by reviewing CRM dashboards regularly, going for gold to achieve and exceed quotas.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues by escalating technical matters, ensuring seamless service delivery and celebrating winning together.

- Stay updated on Maxis enterprise offerings by attending internal training sessions, applying fresh ideas to improve daily sales conversations.
