Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand event goals, style, and budget

- Plan and oversee event logistics including venues, vendors, and schedules

- Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines

- Manage contracts, expenses, and vendor communications

- Provide consistent updates and client support throughout the planning process

- Ensure smooth event execution and problem-solve on the spot

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and client service abilities

- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
