About the role

The Digital Operating Model & Design team, part of Group Strategic Steering, is responsible for ensuring that Danske Bank has a strong and future‑fit IT development organization consisting of ~5000 dedicated colleagues. The team takes a data‑driven approach to evaluating the IT Development organisation – known as Better Ways of Working – and works continuously to evolve the model to support current and future ways of working across the Group.
