About the role

Legrand is seeking recent graduates for its three-year Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Associates will complete three 12-month rotations across finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Operations Finance, Internal Controls, and Business Partnering. Participants gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, compliance, and process improvement while developing leadership skills through mentoring and training. Upon successful completion, associates will transition into a finance role within Legrand. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, possess strong analytical skills, and be willing to relocate within the U.S. Relocation assistance is provided.
